What we collect for charter quotes

When you ask us to price a trip, we collect what we need to get you a real number: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of the trip itself. That means departure and arrival points, dates, passenger count, and any preferences you mention, such as a cabin class or a specific airport like Teterboro or Van Nuys.

We also collect basic technical data that arrives with any web request, such as your IP address and browser type, and we note how you reached the site. If you call us, we record the call. The recording starts with a spoken notice so you know it is happening.

Why we ask for your details

We use your contact information to send you the quote you asked for and to follow up if an operator needs a clarification, for example about baggage or a tight connection. Your trip details are the core of the quote: without the route, dates, and passenger count, we cannot match you with an aircraft that has the range and cabin size for the job.

We also use the information to improve our own pricing data and to keep records required for our broker operations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing unless you have opted in.

Who sees your information and when

We share your trip details and contact information only with the operators we ask to quote your trip. Those operators are FAA Part 135 certificated and hold operational control of the flight; they need your name and contact details to prepare a quote and, if you book, to coordinate the flight. We do not share your information with other brokers or with advertisers.

We may also share information with service providers who help us run the site and our email, under contracts that limit their use of the data to the service they provide. We do not name specific providers here because those arrangements can change, but the limit is the same: they work for us and cannot use your data for anything else.

Call recording and how we handle it

Calls to our quote line are recorded. The recording begins with a notice, and if you continue the call you consent to the recording. We use recordings to check the accuracy of quotes, to train our team, and to resolve any dispute about what was discussed. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared outside the company except with the operator quoting your trip, if that operator needs to confirm details.

If you prefer not to be recorded, you can ask us to stop the recording at any point, or you can request a quote by email or through the website form instead.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests and call recordings for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a broker. In practice, that means we retain trip and contact details for a period after your last interaction with us, and recordings for a shorter period unless they are needed for a specific dispute or legal requirement.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be tied to you.

Contact us about your privacy

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through the details on this site. We will respond within a reasonable time and will explain if we need to keep any information for legal or operational reasons.

If you have a question about this notice or about how a quote was handled, contact us before or after you request a quote. We would rather answer the question directly than have you guess.
